张亮 (Leon Zhang) 现任Uniplan优尼中国数字咨询业务负责人，负责为客户提供整合数字营销传播解决方案。

张亮拥有超过十九年丰富的跨领域数字营销传播经验，之前曾就职于多种类型的公司负责相关工作，包括：微软、MRM/麦肯、BCW/博雅公关、竞立媒体/群邑集团等。加入Uniplan前，张亮在BCW博雅公关北京担任数字与创意董事总经理。

张亮经常活跃于数字营销传播话题相关的行业媒体与活动中，近期活动包括：受邀成为福布斯中国撰稿人，受聘为中国传媒大学广告学院专业讲师，受邀为北京第二外国语学院MBA讲授社交媒体课程，多次作为演讲嘉宾出席Campaign Asia、中美商会、Thoughtful China、中国国际公共关系协会等知名机构举办的活动，且在2015和2016年连续被Campaign杂志收录入中国数字名人堂（Digital A-List China）。

带着对数字营销事业和中国的极大热情，Leon在2008年成立了DigiMarketing（数字营销宝典），中国最早的专门提供数字营销相关信息的资讯网站之一；并于2010年与人共同创建了用户体验领域专业社区UXRen（用户体验那些人），在中国已拥有一千多名会员。

Leon持有中国人民大学商学院的企业管理硕士学位，方向为市场营销。

Leon爱好摄影，他的摄影作品之一曾被Schmap西雅图旅游指南第七版收录。

Leon Zhang is Head of Digital Consultancy at Uniplan China, responsible for providing integrated digital marketing communications solutions for clients.

Leon is a seasoned digital veteran with over 19 years of experience. His career journey has been on different sides while all centered around digital – with hands-on digital experience at in-house (Microsoft), start-up and various kinds of agencies (MRM/McCann, Burson-Marsteller, MediaCom/GroupM, etc.). Prior to joining Uniplan, Leon was Managing Director, Digital & Creative at BCW Beijing (a WPP company).

An active industry speaker and writer on digital related topics, Leon’s recent activities include being invited as a columnist for Forbes China, being a professional lecturer for Communication University of China, lecturing on social marketing at the MBA program of Beijing International Studies University, participation in panel discussions at Thoughtful China, speeches at China International Public Relations Association (CIPRA), and recognition from Campaign Asia by inclusion in Digital A-List China in 2015 and 2016 consecutively.
Leon holds a Master of Business Management (in Marketing) degree from School of Business, Renmin University of China.

With a strong passion and energy for all-things-digital and China, Leon founded DigiMarketing in 2008, one of China’s first specialized web portals in digital marketing topics. In 2010, Leon also co-founded UXRen, a professional Digital User Experience community with 1000+ members in China.

Leon holds a Master of Business Management (Marketing) degree from School of Business, People’s University of China (one of the top business schools / universities in China).

Leon loves photography, and one of his photos has been selected for inclusion in the eleventh edition of Schmap Seattle Travel Guide.
